Dave Stanfield

General Manager

Dave Stanfield joined The Clark Companies in 2015 as Operations Manager with Clark AG Systems before moving into the role of Manager of Farm Operations for Clark Egg & Poultry Farms in 2020. In 2025, Dave expanded his leadership responsibilities once again, taking on the role of General Manager for Clark Agri Service while continuing to oversee farm operations.

With a background rooted in operations, logistics, and process improvement, Dave brings a steady, solutions-focused approach to every part of the business. He’s known for his commitment to efficiency, practical decision-making, and supporting teams through growth and change.

Dave is also a proud graduate of the Advanced Agricultural Leadership Program (AALP), Class 19.

Outside of work, Dave spends most of his time with his family. Two of his three kids work weekends at Clark Egg Farms, and he’s often found cheering them on at football games or spending time together on the water.
