Steve McInnis

Yard Supervisor 

Steven McInnis joined Clark Agri-Services as a seasonal employee in 2003, spending three summers working in various yard roles and gaining valuable hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business. Those early years gave him a strong understanding of day-to-day operations and the importance of teamwork in supporting growers effectively.

After spending time living and working in Toronto, Steven made the decision to return to the area and rejoin Clark Agri-Services in a full-time capacity. Now in his sixth full-time season with the company, he brings both practical experience and a long-standing connection to the organization.

In his current role, Steven oversees yard operations while also supporting the company’s health and safety initiatives. He plays a key part in coordinating daily activities across the fertilizer, seed, chemical, and grain divisions, ensuring workflows are efficient, organized, and aligned with seasonal demands. Steven works closely with team members to maintain a safe work environment, streamline processes, and foster continuous improvement. His leadership style emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and steady operational support that helps keep the business running smoothly during peak seasons.

Outside of work, Steven enjoys golfing whenever he can, spending time outdoors with his dog, and taking on personal projects. Whether at work or at home, he values staying active, hands-on, and continually learning.
